NELNET MONTHLY PAYMENT AGREEMENTS
For PTC Students starting enrollment in April 2023 or AFTER
Students must have PTC sign on credentials in order to access the system.
Students who enroll at PTC beginning in April 2023, or after can use this Nelnet system to schedule automatic monthly payments through deductions from a checking account or a savings account, or charge to a credit card. This system allows the student, the parent, or any responsible party to spread payments over a period of months.
Payment amounts and the length of the payment period are determined upon during the student’s financial aid planning session and forward at repackaging. PTC will load the information directly to the NELNET system and the student will be notified via e-mail of the availability to set up the agreement. The link provided below will also take you straight to the enrollment website. You will use your PTC sign in credentials to enroll. Terms will not exceed the length of the financial aid period which will be provided to you.
Please note that any agreements set up using a credit or debit card are subject to a 2.85% service fee per transaction. Enrollment fees for the monthly program are $30.00 for any agreement of 2-6 months and $50 for any agreements of 7-12 months. This fee is due at the time of the setup.
Additionally, as part of the enrollment agreement, you are required to make a down payment. Please contact your Financial Aid Counselor or Enrollment Coordinator for further explanation if you have questions on this down payment as this is equivalent to a percentage of your overall agreement which varies depending on your starting period and length of overall contract.
